O que significa Joe MAMA ?

I saw it on Twitch and there was a conversation like this.
Viewer. Do you know who Joe is?
Streamer. Who is Joe?
Viewer. JOE MAMA!!
I was like "??" I think that is a joke, but why is it funny?

There was a whole class of jokes kids used years ago where the punchline was “Yo mama”, and “Joe mama” sounds a bit like “Yo mama”, so it became a joke around a year ago I think.

"Yo Mama" sounds like "Joe Mama."
「Yo Mama」は「Joe Mama」のように聞こえます。

Yo Mama is a common insult in casual English. (「Yo Mama」はカジュアルな英語でよくある侮辱です)

Usually, Something insult follows after "Yo Mama", and Joe mama sounds like it, so it's a common insult.
So, When I hear it, I can interpret that like "they're saying something insult".
