derelict = abandoned, neglected, not used any more
decrepit = very old and worn-out
This school was built in 1893. It is a little decrepit (= worn-out from many years of use), so they are thinking about building a new one soon.
The supermarket went out of business, and the store building quickly became derelict (= broken because it is not maintained by anyone), with broken windows and weeds growing everywhere.
