For anyone who is not a native speaker of japanese and knows how to speak it well how did you learn?

Hi
I’m at a level around JLPT n5 and n4.
First in 2017 I studied with “Minna no Nihongo” to the lesson 10 (Corporación Nikkei).
Then i quitted due to the timetable.
I googled for informal Japanese and then i found “Tae Kim’s guide to Japanese grammar” (Which can take you to JLPT n4)
The next years i kept using the guide and youtubers like JapaneseAmmo, Kira Sensei, Japanese man Yuta, JapanesePod101
And websites like tofugu, guidetojapanese, nihongoshark.
I also listen Vocaloid songs and I tried translating some songs.
2019: Then for kanji I used the nihongoshark Anki deck* of Remembering the kanji”#.
I now know the meanings of 2200 kanjis, and readings for about 200-250.
For vocabulary i use a “Core Japanese vocabulary JLPT”.
2020: And I’m thinking about a JLPT n3 book, Maybe Nihongo sou matome, or Tobira?
And now I can understand casual conversations, songs and grasp the meaning of newspapers sentences.
That’s my story of Japanese.
