Pergunta sobre Inglês (RU)
I watched a video that the guy get close to a person who has a dog and say How much for the dog. Then person say the dog is not for selling. The guy responded I was talking to the dog.
What is the difference between when saying how much for the dog to the person and the dog?

Maybe, the person who asked the dog is mocking the guy who has the dog.
Meaning the guy who has the dog is really a ‘dog’
Usually this is considered harsh/very impolite to call someone a dog.
It would be clear in the video from the reaction of the person who has the dog.
