"I can't allow such a foul murder!"
might be what you want to say.
I'm trying to think of a good equivalent for 卑劣 in English.
When I read this sentence of yours, I think of this scenario:
Two yakuza/mafia members or something are talking about how they are going to ruin a rival gang. One suggests assassinating the leader of the rival gang, but the other one thinks "No, that's cowardly and dishonorable and the easy way out. We should confront them face-to-face instead." Then he might say
"Such a cowardly act as murder is unacceptable (to me)!"
"I can't accept such a dishonorable act as murder!"
This differs from what you originally wrote in Japanese but I think it sounds more natural in English.
I hope this helps you! Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for the correction and sharing your idea.
I wrote this imaging a murder takes an advantage of the weak and does something meaning. For example, rapes.
OK, I'll remember your suggestion when I want to say 卑劣な in English.

You're welcome!
One thing you should know, though, is that we don't say "something meaning". We say "something mean" instead.
Here are some example sentences.
"That man did something mean to her."
"Don't do mean things."
"Don't be so mean to me!"

"something mean" << I understood. :)
Thank you for the examples you showed me.
