They can both be correct, but the second one sounds more natural.

@Mintsy Thanks
Do you think a native English speaker ever say (1)? Is there any specific situation you could use (1)?

@TMNT I think you mean that you are visting someone tomorrow, and in this situation you want to say something like: I will come to your place tomorrow, I will be visting you tomorrow, I will be stopping by your place tomorrow or I will be coming over to your place tomorrow.

So much confusion...
× 1) I’ll go to your place tomorrow.
No.
◯ 2) I’ll come to your place tomorrow. (if you are there)
This is used a lot. I'm talking to "you", and I'm coming to "you".
◯ 3) I'll go to their place tomorrow. I'm talking to "you", and "they" live somewhere else.

I’m a bit confused but I guess I should stick with “come over to/at” then....?

@TMNT I don't want to make you more confused. Let me just say that "over" can be used but is not necessary, and "at" cannot be used with "come" or "go".

@Mintsy I have a question for you.
Do you ever say “I’ll come over at yours”?
I feel like “I’ll come over to yours” is proper ..

@TMNT Wow, this was really all over the place. Let me try to help, maybe?
"I'll go to your place tomorrow." It's completely fine and natural, but only say it when you're not at the person's place.
"I'll come to your place tomorrow." It's great, but only say it when you're at the person's place. If you want to say this, without already being at the place, you have to say "I'll come over to your place tomorrow."
Sorry for answering an old question.
