Please note, I'm not asking about grammaticality here, but about whether this construct sounds any natural to the average US English native speaker.

Yes! You can also say “have” (a lot of people where I live say “have” instead of got haha)

"Don't got" would only sound natural in the Southern US. It's a "country" way of speaking. Unfortunately, it sounds unintelligent to the average native US speaker.
