Not really. It can be considered a little more formal and polite, but if you want to use it, go for it. It doesn't matter too much.

“shall” is more formal and rarely ever used

It is a little formal but perfectly acceptable and still natural. You could also “Should we...” which is probably more frequently used. But it probably depends on who you speak to.
