@KeyrisRamirez I heard that c(i), c(e) and z somewhere sounds like s but not like English th. Should I learn the second variant anyway?

"C and Z" sound a little bit different in Spain, but in Latin America It sounds like an S.

Just a few differences. In some countries, vos/vosotros is used, but not in Mexico. The slang will be very different for any country and the accent will be different as well.

mexican spanish is kind of informal but pretty and the spain spanish has different pronouns

there are different words and those can have different meanings in both dialects

They just have different accents and idioms. Like english in america and australia. It just varies a little. Overall any mexican will understand any Spanish and viceversa.
