Maybe last sentences to "오늘은 라면을 먹었어요. 맛있네요"

Yes, I am not 100% sure because I am learning too, but for me sounds a little unnatural.
Try to keep the same honorific strucuture in the sentense.
You dont need to use "," in the phrase too, if you use these structures of 맛있다 like an adverb:
1) 안녕하세요. 리사입니다. 오늘은 맛있는 라면을 먹었습니다.
2) 안녕하세요. 리사입니다. 오늘은 맛있는 라면을 먹었습니다. 잘 먹었습니다!
or informal one like:
3) 안녕. 리사예요. 오늘은 맛있는 라면을 먹었어. 너무 맛있네요 ~
------------------
잘 먹었습니다 means I ate well
너무 맛있네요 - very delicious
