This phrase is used when you don't want to change something and want to let it remain in its current state.
For example:
- A teacher asks a student: "Would you like to make any changes to your essay before handing it in?"
Student: "No, I'll leave it as it is."
This can be used pretty much in any situation where a question is asked suggesting a change to something but it can be rejected by using this phase.
I hope it helps!
