The "no" from B is ambiguous. They could be saying "No, C will come back." or B could be agreeing with A. The meaning of a statement like this is usually made clear with tone, in spoken form. In written form it's impossible to know which is true.

Oh! Thank you. The next line is “C is probably in somebody’s house.’ Then B is also thinking C is not coming, but C is all right, right?

@mindmeld So B's full sentence is. "No, C is probably in somebody's house." If that is correct, then yes B believes C is not coming. He gives a plausible reason why C won't come.
