Both sound kind of strange.
"I like pizza at school" should probably be "I like the pizza at school". And "I like pizza which is served at school" should probably be "I like the pizza which is served at school."
With those changes, they mean the same thing, but if you say the 2nd one it sounds weird and unnatural. First one sounds best
