They all basically have the same meaning. Acquire and obtain are quite formal and would usually only be used in written English, while get is more for spoken English.
I acquired a taste for French cakes. (I gained, got a taste for French cakes.)
I obtained some French cakes.
I got some French cakes.
Got is casual, the other two are formal. Hope that helps! :)
