“I have been working here for 10 years” meaning I am still working there.
“I have worked here for 10 years” meaning I’m still working there, but there’s no time specified unlike the other one, so you don’t know if it was continuous or they stopped working there at one point and came back.

English has 4 present tenses, and these are 2 of them.
“I have been working for 10 years” is present perfect continuous,
“I have worked for 10 years” is present perfect.
Sorry if this isn’t the kind of answer you were expecting, it’s kind of hard to explain the difference in meaning.
Edit: The present perfect continuous tense is used to talk about a continuous, but not necessarily finished action or situation. The present perfect tense is used to talk about a finished action or situation.

@Soph1931 Thank you, Soph1931. Yes, I know there’re 2 tenses. Well, it’s hard for me to distinguish them. I just want to use them properly.
Could you give me some examples please? In what situation you would use #1? In what situation you would use #2?
