to me, "not inclined to go to the party" suggests that nothing about the party is too special, the person isn't convinced to go. they don't want to bother
while "I don't feel like" suggests the person themself is feeling bad and/or sluggish
example
I don't feel like going to school.
implies speaker doesn't feel well
Im not inclined to go to school.
implies the speaker doesn't have a good reason to go to school
