đIt is a funny phrase, isn't it? I've never thought about it. Sorry, I just saw your request for an example, and that would be
Whenever I am talking to X, Y always butts in. (The fact that it bugs you is implied by the phrase itself.)
I'm sure you'll find lots of others on Google, too.

I'm not too sure about that. I guess "interruptive", but that's not really that useful. Maybe someone else can provide a better answer.

Is there any word for completing this sentence:" she interrupted our conversation like ....?

Or if you want to tell this story for example; to your mother, how do you say it? ( you want to tell your mother about a friend who interrupted your conversation (with another person) all of a sudden and bugged you!

@soudy, "dear" is commonly used with close friends, so it sounds weird when you say it to strangers haha. It's ok if you use it with close family members/friends, but not if you just met the person.
I can't really think of anything for that sentence. Sorry lol

I see. Ok! I didn't have bad intention! We Iranians use it a lot even for strangers! Sorry! (Cultural issue :) )

I think the phrase you are looking for is 'butt in.'
Whenever I am talking with my friend, my mother always butts in.
I believe it is taken metaphorically from the way a goat (or horned animal) lowers its head and rams something.

Ah. You can say 'horn in,' too. But you usually have to specify what.
She horned in on our conversation. I think 'butt in' is more common though.
