@nursenn No problem! It's really a nice thing for me to greet other people in their native languages :D Anyway, just a little tidbit, some English speakers find "Your helping other people individually is nice" a little odd to hear even though it is grammatically correct. So to avoid that, you can change "Your" to "You." I've read in some English forums that the "Your" sentence is appropriate for written English, while the "You" sentence is more natural in spoken English.
Hope I helped! Have a nice day!

@nursenn Selam! For your question as to which are the correct ones, they are the first two. Both are natural to say, too. As for the third statement, it is not grammatically correct. If you wish to have its corrected structure, you must remove the word "which" so that the sentence would be "Your helping them individually is really nice."
I am not really sure whether the spelling of "your" on the third sentence is a typographical error, but if it is not, then "Your helping them individually is really nice" is correct. However, if you mistyped "you're" into "your," then just add 'e' to "your" and the sentence would be correct and more natural.
Hope I cleared something up!
