"I will able to show you around Tokyo next month." - it is possible
"I can show you around Tokyo next month." - it is possible

In these sentences there is no real difference in meaning between "can" and "will be able to".
But I think "will be able to" sounds a bit more formal, and "can" sounds a bit more friendly and conversational, but the difference is very small.
