^ This sounds a little more natural. If there is more than one idea, then it would be "sharing my ideas". :)

Yes, this sounds very unnatural and is hard to understand. What do you mean by "output"? Do you mean you weren't sharing your ideas? And how did you lose your time? Did you *waste* your time, or did you lose your chance to do something?
I'm not 100% sure what you were trying to say, but these two sentences sound more natural:
I received many various requests from coworkers -> I received various requests from coworkers.
Thus, I will try to make my time more and output more -> Thus, I will try to make more time and speak up more.

Yes, I wanted to say that sharing my idea by speaking, writing or something.
I get many consultations from my coworkers. I respond that. So I lose the time needed for my work.
