"Come get me" implies that the person will go to where you are and leave that place with you.
"Come to me" implies that the person will go to where you are and then stay there with you.
*** In the second one, it'd be better to say, "Come here when you're done." It sounds more natural and less demanding.

@Bunch You use "come get me" a lot when you're asking for a ride somewhere or you want someone to walk with you somewhere, etc.
