how can i improve my listening and speaking level? sometimes when i hear a conversation i can clearly understand everything they are saying but when people ask me something, sometimes i can't understand them because they don't pronounce all the words, especially when it's a phone conversation, that makes me feel like i'm not ready to start a conversation with someone, can i ask for repeating if i don't understand at all? or that would make me seem like a beginner? and one more question, what do you think about my writing? how native speaker people of english normally write in daily life or expresss their opinions. thanks

from your writing, you seem pretty fluent! i think it's important to be confident in your skills, but also allow yourself to make mistakes and know it's okay if you don't understand. english is a difficult language to learn, but you're doing great! if you don't understand someone ask them to repeat themselves or slow down, even native speakers need someone to repeat what they said sometimes
