Como é que se diz isto em Inglês (RU)? What is the official punctuations for "Ltd., Co." etc. ?
Do I need a comma in it?

If it's in a list you put a comma:
Co., Ltd., plc, etc.
Company = Co.
Limited = Ltd.
I think the modern term is "plc" (public limited company).
Co. and Ltd. are abbreviations so they have a fullstop, "plc" doesn't because it is the initials.

Honda is the name of a limited company.

It's not a list in that case, it's just short for Honda Company Limited.
