In terms of the meaning, there is little or no difference.
I would omit the "have."

If you place emphasis on the word "just" there's a little bit more implication that you finished it very recently.

Trouble is, though, that saying "just/have just" is ambiguous...
"He just took out the trash"
could mean
"He only took out the trash (and not the recycling along with it)"
OR
"He only took out the trash (but he didn't do other chores like washing the car)"
OR
"He took out the trash just now; i.e., very recently)"...
