You use both words to confirm a question in Germany.
For example if someone asks: "Did you learn for the test?" (Hast du für den Test gelernt?) you answer: yes of course (natürlich/ na klar) if you did learn.
But the word "natürlich" can also be used differently. It's not just "of course", but also "normal".
If something seems normal to you, you can say: "Es ist natürlich".
For example: It's normal that I don't like swimming, as I nearly drowned as a child. (Es ist nur natürlich, dass ich nicht gerne schwimme, da ich als Kind fast ertrunken bin.)
"Natürlich" is also associated with nature. It's like the english "naturally".
All in all you can use both "natürlich" and "na klar" to confirm questions in Germany. "Natürlich" does mean some other things as well as "of course".

Da gibt es keinen großen Unterschied. Beide Wörter kann man benutzen, um eine Frage oder Bitte zu bestätigen.
Natürlich kannst du aber auch in anderen Zusammenhängen benutzen. Zum Beispiel wenn du sagen möchtest, dass etwas 'normal erscheint. Dann sagst du: Es ist natürlich.
