1. Correct, or ... The dog has been run over, and he died.

@ladybug Thank you. For 2), I was trying to say "categorize in somewhat level you think I am". For 3), I was trying to say that "how I spoke sounded stronger before." For 4), I was trying to say "I met a friend whom I used to talk a year ago."

For 2, I would refer to your level of English proficiency. “I'm wondering if you could evaluate (and categorize) my English proficiency.
3. Correct as you originally wrote this one.
4. I used to talk to a friend that I met a year ago (or ... that I met last year)
