I don't know anything about Oahu, but I'd suggest Googling it. Google can probably help you out more, and in a faster time, than a bunch of strangers on the internet.

For some reason, I remember Manoa Chocolate, amongst other things, from when I went. It's a chocolate shop (obviously) and I remember it well because of all of the different types of chocolate they sell. I bought a couple of different bars, but the Ghost Pepper chocolate was amazing. Spicy chocolate works surprisingly well.
I'd also go to the North Shore, there's a cliff you can jump from on a beach over there, but I don't remember particularly where it is.
Oh, also, about the chocolate. They give you free samples of all the types and explain how the chocolate is made as well as the shop's history, it's really cool. They have the machines right there in the shop so you can see them.

@Lalakoi Oh I have not idea to be honest. All I remember was jumping myself, and watching someone push their friend off, it was pretty funny.
