I hope i can (there’s a chance it might happen) * I hope I can have a fancy car.
I wish i could (its impossible to happen) *I wish I could fly
I want (present tense) *I want to buy a house
I would (is more polite and future tense) *If I have money I would like to buy a nice condo

i wish is like “원하다”(i want, i would like 하고 i wish비슷해요). i hope is “희망”. (i would 은 i want 보다, 더형식적 입니다)
