The second one is not correct. After "been" you just can use -ing
for example:
Have you been playing tennis?
Have you been working til now?
you can not use played after been

@anava928eje oh sorry. It’s my mistake. I mean what’s the difference between “have you been playing tennis?” And “Have you palyed tennis” ?
- Inglês (EUA)
@gp2669 Oh got it!
The question "Have you been playing tennis?" gives the idea of you be doing this lately, or recently.
Let me give you an example:
You are playing tennis every saturday morning, and then your friend noticed and asked you: have you been playing tennis?
It is an action that was/is constantly done.
"Have you played tennis" gives the idea of an action that is already done.
For example, you played tennis just yesterday. And then someone asks you: Have you played tennis?
Hope you understood! If you have more questions ask me! 😊

@anava928eje You are amazing! Let me ask you one more question. If i added “ever” to those thing, what would be the difference?
- Inglês (EUA)
@gp2669 (Sorry for late reply) It is the same idea. When you put "ever", both be interchangeable.
But adding more ideas to what I explained earlier. Let me try to explain a little bit more.
example:
"I have been playing tennis for five year"
It also can gives you the idea to still doing that action until now. That it is not complete done, you still doing that.
"I have played basket for five years"
it gives the idea of an action that is already completed. It is like, the person played in a moment of her/his life and dont do it anymore, because already stopped.
