can = puede
I can do it (actualmente).
may/might = quizá, tal vez. La diferencia entre may/might es muy sútil, en mi opinión, 'may' suena más formal pero lleva el mismo significado.
I may go to the party, I might go to the part = son iguales.
could = podía, podría
I could do it before, but now I can't.
I could do it, but I'm not going to because I don't like you.
