Command and order can be used in the same way when you are telling or dictating to someone what to do. “I command you to stand over there.” Or “I order you to stand over there.” You could also say, “listen to my commands!” Or “listen to my orders!”
In general though, we would only use phrases like that in settings like the military or somewhere that a person is strictly in charge of another person. I would not say, “my friend commanded me to text her.” This does not sound natural. I would instead say, “my friend told me to text her.”

Also, be careful because the word order has multiple meanings. For example when you organize things, like clean your room, you put it “in order”. Or when you go to a restaurant and ask the waiter for what you want, you “order” food.
