I think it should be: "In the future, I want to work overseas, so I need to improve my language skills. If I take part in an internship, I will need to improve my English speaking skills not only for basic conversations, but also for business conversations. I want to be part of an internship because I want to experience a different culture."
I'm not quite sure what you mean by "I'm confident that I will expand my possibility and field" though.
