"I think I can get you in" is an expression more often used to imply deceitful purposes such as planning to go against a rule (e.g. sneaking an underage friend into a club) whereas, "I think I can LET you in" more-so refers to the action of permitting someone to enter.
Examples:
"We look pretty similar. I think I can get you in with my old I.D."
"Hmm, I think I can let you in, but I'll have to check with my boss first."
"I'm famous around these parts, so I can get you in anywhere for free!"
"The event is already over-capacity, but you're a beautiful young woman in a revealing outfit, so I think I can let you in."
