Both vocabularies and vocabulary words are correct. As for "have some rests" it would sound more normal or natural as "have some rest". Or "get some rest" as that phrase is most common in America.

You can said:
I need rests because.
I so tired
Or
I must rests
- Inglês (EUA)
You can say "I need some rest". And you're welcome!

don't say vocabularies. say the other one. or simply say 'vocabulary'

'get some rest' seems to be what you're trying to say. if you're trying to tell someone they need rest then say it this way. to be polite about it say 'you should get some rest' or 'you should probably get some rest' or 'you look tired, you should get some rest'
