There isn’t really a difference. They all mean the same thing. Certain countries just tend to use one more than the other. I’m Canadian and where I live it’s usually washroom or restroom that we use (“Where is the washroom?” “I need to use the restroom” etc.) I think in the US they use bathroom more often. (I could be wrong on that one tho lol)
