People will copy and paste long ridiculous rants like this sometimes as a joke in response to some comments directed at them that they don’t like. Its a funny way to attempt to belittle the poster you’re responding to, but in a way where people know you’re joking.

When I was a high schooler, I used to follow the same road along the river every morning. There were tons of dark-colored huge carps swimming together in muddy water. Their bodies were robust and looked like they were about to burst. They must have been fed well and often. I’d lean on the bridge railing every morning wishing I could be one of them, so I don’t have to go to the school to be bullied and made fun of.

As I walked to school, I always passed by a man, probably his way to work. I’d guess he was in his 50s. No fancy suits or suitcase. He was walking with his hands in his pockets. No bag. A worn-out jacket. I didn’t know his backstory or anything about him, but I slightly smiled at him one morning. The river kept murmuring faintly. The man kept walking but I think he shyly smiled back at me only with his gentle eyes.

He became a fixture in my life. Like I mentioned before, my parents never told me they loved me or hugged me. Especially my mother who didn’t like to be touched. I remember when I was a little kid, maybe 2 or 3, she was holding me. I tried to feel her cheek with my hand and she turned her face away saying “Don’t touch my face. I’m wearing makeup.”. After that, I became very careful being around her.

I wanted to be hugged or loved.
