Q:
What does "I always slip with pinch" mean?
A:
thank you! That context helps a lot. At least, it will help someone answer, who knows archery terms, especially about how to draw (pull back) an arrow using one or another kind of bow. Unfortunately, I don’t know enough to talk about bows and how to draw (pull back) and release (perhaps “slip” here), etc. In my ignorance, I would assume that one always lets the arrow go (releases or slips it, lets it slip away) by releasing one’s pinch-hold on it. But I’m pretty sure that just shows how little I know, and the person who wrote that text would laugh at me.
I suggest that you re-post your question, but rephrase it, so that only people who know archery answer. Otherwise, many people might, like me, not see the context in which the words make sense. Maybe re-post by saying:
In an archery context (bows and arrows), what does “I always slip with pinch” mean? Here’s the full context (which you would then give).
Good luck!
P.S. There is an article on Wikipedia about drawing technique, that mentions Mongolian and Mediterranean technique (the "med" in your text, likely). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bow_draw Reading through it may help you get the terminology.
