A: Obfuscate (Hard to pronounce lol) means to deliberately make something obscure, unclear, or unintelligible. It is generally synonymous with lying and underhandedness.

You do not hear this word too much in everyday speech. Usually there's a simpler word we could use instead. Such as, "cover up," which I would use more often.
