A: That isn’t a common word at all, and I have never heard it. It might be regional slang or a typo of “bitch” or “much”.

If the word is supposed to be “much”, the sentence doesn’t sound natural, so it is probably supposed to be “bitch”.

The person that said this dislikes the subject of the sentence and they are annoyed by the subject.
