Ah ok, I think he misspelt “in mike.”
If he meant:
• “There are many hairstyles that handsome men look good in, 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 Mike”
Then that means he’s saying
• “There are many hairstyles that handsome men look good in, 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗸𝗲’𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲”
But if he meant:
“There are many hairstyles that 𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗲 looks good in”
Then that means Mike looks good in a lot of hair types/styles.

Q:
O que significa What do you call this hairstyle in English??
A:
I guess both are kind of slang to be honest. In America, people tend to use the word "fro" for all ethnicities when they have big, curly hair like in the picture. However, it probably isn't politically correct to use those words for someone who isn't black.
If you're referring to someone who isn't black, you might say they have a short perm or that their hair is short and curly. I guess it depends on who you talk to.
If any black Americans see this, maybe they can share their thoughts on this.

We do the same to our hair like everybody else, but we have to take extra care of our hair. We wash our hair once a week or twice a week (depends on the person). Some girls go to the extreme to not wash their hair for a couple of months (because of weaves) Our hair is naturally dry, so washing it everyday is bad for us. Also, we can do many hairstyles like everybody else! :)
There are girls that get perms, weaves, braids, etc. Also, there are girls who are natural (like me!). Some girls also get dreads, which are totally different from braids. There are different curl patterns to our hair, different porosity, and more.
Perms are when girls (and some guys) chemically make their hair straight.
Weaves are when we get our real hair braided, and then we get fake hair sewn in.
Braids are synthetic hairs being connected to our real hair.
Wearing our hair natural means we don't do anything to our hair, but style it (ponytails, Afros, dreads, Bantu knots, and more)
Dreads are when hair is purposely matted to thin or thick ropes. People with dreads CAN wash their hair everyday if they want to.
